Working for a newly created business unit of one of the world's largest and renowned organisations you will be responsible for the establishment, growth and management of a finance function. Russian language skills are not necessary - however fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Proven financial leadership is also a pre-requisite for this challenging and evolving role.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and develops Statutory and Tax accounting and reporting system in accordance with Russian Federal Law, Russian Accounting Rules and Russian Tax legislation and Internal Policies and Procedures; Accounting for certain areas (e.g. AR, AP, etc)
- Responsible for forming of accounting policies;
- Provides timely and accurate Financial Statements prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards, Statutory time-table to management, founders, participants as well as other external users, including Tax Authorities;
- Provides timely and accurate Tax declarations in accordance with Tax Code requirements and time-table;
- Controls timeliness of tax payments and accounting in accordance with Tax Code time-table and Russian Accounting requirements;
- Provides complete and accurate other Financial reports to management and external third parties;
- Checks compliance of contracts and other supporting documents to Russian Tax and Accounting legislation;
- Coordinates and takes responsibility of organization of efficient audit of Russian Financial Statements and Internal Audit;
- Coordinates field and office Tax inspections on behalf of the Company, takes responsibility for establishing of efficient working relation-ships with Tax Authorities, represents the Company in Tax Authorities in order to answer ordinary Tax Authorities requests;
- Regular reconciles balances with Tax Authorities;
- Authorizes monitory and settlements documents in accordance with local legislation and internal company policy
- Fulfils other responsibilities delegated by Line Manager within the area of responsibility
