My client, a Big 4 Firm based in Vietnam is current recruiting for Audit Mangers with Not for profit experience. Based in Hanoi, you will oversee teams servicing local and multinational clients to execute efficient audits and advisory engagements. Your job scope will cover planning and organising assignments, conducting reviews (e.g. on the systems of accounting and internal controls), finalization and review of reports (e.g. statutory financial statements, audit reports, and management letters).
Experience required:
*University degree, additional professional qualifications would be advantageous
*Minimum of five years (Managers) work experience in a financial role, preferably with an international donor or with an international audit or financial services company
*a sound understanding of internal control and risk management
*good analytical and problem solving skills
*strong leadership qualities as well as excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a sensitivity to cultural differences as you will be dealing with clients and colleagues from many different backgrounds
*a strong command of English, including report writing skills
*the flexibility to travel as business demands.
